AGB

Order

The order is placed via Online Store via kultkosmetik.ch. This is the online store of the company Green Secrets GmbH. Every order at kultkosmetik.ch is binding. This also applies to advance payment orders. With the order closes the customer enters into a valid sales contract with Green Secrets GmbH and commits himself to pay for the goods and to accept them. Every order and status change will be sent to the customer by e-mail communicated. By clicking the GTC field during the ordering process, the customer confirms that he has read and accepted the GTC.

Prices

All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include the statutory value added tax.

Delivery

We keep most articles in stock and deliver them usually within 2 - 4 working days. We deliver within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. If an article is currently no longer available, we will inform the Customers by e-mail. Usually an order is shipped as a whole, but we reserve the right to make partial deliveries in individual cases. With partial deliveries we take over the additional shipping costs. Product descriptions may differ slightly from the products on kultkosmetik.ch. Such errors remain due to product range renewals of the manufacturers reserved. An exchange or claims for damages due to incorrect illustrations, texts and prices or late delivery are excluded Prices are binding (obvious errors excluded). Prices are subject to change without notice Despite order confirmation, it may happen that products ordered are no longer can be delivered. The customer service will inform the customer within 5 working days about the facts. The payment made will be refunded or made available as a voucher put.

Deposition of parcels in front of the door

If the recipient is absent, the post office may deposit the parcel in front of the door. If you do not wish the parcel to be deposited, you can inform Swiss Post in advance by telephone or e-mail (Tel. 0848 888 888, Mail kundendienst@post.ch). Alternatively you can select “Delivery against signature” at checkout. However, Green Secrets GmbH cannot be held liable if shipped parcels cannot be found.

Right of return / defects

For hygienic reasons, the exchange and return of the goods of our products is not possible. If you have any questions about an item, please contact us before you buy, we will be happy to advise you. If the delivered goods differ from the order or Defects show you inform us by e-mail within 3 working days, after 3 days the goods are considered as accepted without complaint. Send us, after you have informed us, then the rejected goods within 1 week and we will deliver a replacement free of charge. Excluded from the exchange are defects which are due to improper use.

Sale items that have been purchased at a reduced price cannot be returned. We cannot be held responsible for goods that got damaged during transport. In the case of lost or damaged parcels, the complaint must be addressed to Swiss Post.

Shipping

We ship exclusively within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Delivery is free of charge from a purchase of goods in the amount of CHF 59. Purchases below a value of CHF 59 will be shipped with shipping costs of CHF 7.90. We shipping with Swiss Post.

The delivery time is 2 - 4 days

The shipping of vouchers is free of shipping costs.

Payment / Retention of title

After your order you will receive an invoice by E-mail.

Until full payment of the amount owed, including arising shipping and packaging costs, Green Secrets GmbH remains owner of the goods. For customers, who do not keep the payment terms, subsequent orders can be blocked and/or only be delivered by prepayment. Expenses for reminders (CHF 20.00), default interest (5%) and collection measures will be charged to the customer.

Purchase on account

Payment on account within 30 days in cooperation with MF Group AG. MF Group AG is the service provider that allows you to pay for your order easily and securely by invoice.

Terms and conditions for purchase on account:

MF Group / POWERPAY, as an external payment service provider, offers the payment method “purchase on account”. With the individual invoice you can easily pay for your online purchase by invoice. If you decide not to pay within the specified time frame, you will subsequently receive a monthly invoice with an order overview in the following month.

When the purchase contract is concluded, POWERPAY takes over the resulting invoice claim and handles the corresponding payment modalities. When purchasing on account, you accept POWERPAY's terms and conditions in addition to our general terms and conditions.

You will receive the invoice free of charge by email. By purchasing on account, you accept POWERPAY's terms and conditions, provided you have a valid email address.

Purchase by credit card

You have the right, within fourteen days without giving reasons the cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods have or has..

Liability

Green Secrets GmbH assumes no liability for the handling of and use of the delivered articles.

Place of jurisdiction

Severability clause

If a provision of the agreement is declared void or declared legally invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected and shall be interpreted as if the agreement had been concluded without the invalid provision.
