Lavender is a natural remedy for inner restlessness and stress. When we are stressed, our body produces more of the hormone cortisol. Just a five-minute bath in the scent of lavender is enough to reduce cortisol levels.
The effect: Bath salts have a variety of beneficial effects for body and mind. It cleanses and cares for the skin by gently removing dead skin cells and stimulating blood circulation. The minerals contained in sea salt, such as magnesium and calcium, relax the muscles and relieve tension. The various essential oils it contains all have their own effect on the body.
The highlight: Ben & Anna bath salts foam wonderfully thanks to the ingredient sodium coco-sulphate.
Application: Add the desired amount of bath salts to warm bath water and allow to dissolve. We recommend 5 level tablespoons per full bath with an optimum bathing time of 10-20 minutes and a water temperature of around 37°C. After the bath, rinse the bath with clear water to avoid product residues.
