How it works: The Clean Line Gel Liner glides on effortlessly and blends easily before setting. Once set, it stays in place. The richly pigmented, water-resistant formula combines the precision of a pencil with the ease of a gel.

How to use:

Glide along the lash line effortlessly. Blend quickly for a soft, smoky look or leave as is for a defined, bold finish.

After use, press the cap on tightly to ensure it is airtight. Sharpen when needed using the built-in sharpener at the end.

Finish with one or two coats of ILIA Mascara for longer, lifted lashes.
