Glides on like a cream and dries like a powder. This liquid eyeshadow applies effortlessly and lasts instantly without creasing. The skin-smoothing formula can be blended to create a seamless gradient or applied for a bold, long-lasting look. Matte shades range from neutral everyday tones to vibrant color accents.
Using skin-smoothing Horse Chestnut Blossom and antioxidant-rich Honokiol (Magnolia Bark Extract), a 99% natural, water-based formula was developed that won't crease or budge.
Application:
- For a sheer application of color, sweep the applicator across your lid and apply a thin layer.
- Start with a small amount of product - a little goes a long way.
- Tap it gently with your finger or use a brush to blend it. Liquid Powder Matte Eye Tint dries quickly, so we recommend applying it to each eyelid one at a time.
- For a more intense color result, apply another thin layer and blend it with your finger or a brush.
- Let the first layer dry completely before applying more color.
- As a final touch, apply Ilia Limitless Lash Mascara or Ilia Fullest Volumizing Mascara; both are sold separately
Application: Apply directly to the eyelid with the applicator, blending gently with a brush or using your fingers.
