How to apply
Apply lip oil with the jumbo doe-foot wand applicator starting in the center of the upper lip following the contours of the mouth. Then glide across the entire bottom lip. Can be applied to bare lips or layered over your favorite lip color or liner for added dimension, hydration, and shine.
