• Peppermint: Has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties, soothes irritated skin and gives you a fresh complexion.

Preparation

Pour 250 ml of 90-degree hot water over 1–1.5 teaspoons. Steep for 4–8 minutes, strain and enjoy. Customise to your taste.
