Preparation

Pour 250 ml of 90°C hot water over 1–1.5 teaspoons of tea. Allow to steep for 4–8 minutes, strain and enjoy. Adjust to your taste.

Recipe idea: Prepare the tea as described above and leave to cool. Then add ice cubes, a little freshly squeezed orange juice and orange slices and enjoy. If you like it sweet, add a little stevia herb to the tea when brewing. This will give you a wonderful iced tea. Please note: stevia herb is very sweet. Use sparingly.
