Preparation

Pour 250 ml of 90°C hot water over 1–1.5 teaspoons. Allow to steep for 4–8 minutes, strain and enjoy. Adjust to your taste.

Recipe idea:
Prepare the tea as described above and let it cool. Then add ice cubes, some freshly squeezed orange juice and orange slices and enjoy. If you prefer it sweet, add a small amount of stevia herb during brewing. This creates a delicious iced tea. Please note: stevia herb is very sweet, so use sparingly.
