Amethyst is a quartz that is formed in volcanic rocks. Already Hildegard von Bingen uses amethyst 1000 years ago for skin problems:

Application: Place the stone on the lower edge of the chin and roll it down over the neck. While doing this, start on one side and work your way to the other side step by step. Then move onto the face, stroking from the center of the face outward and upward to the forehead. This supports the intensive detoxifying drainage of lymphatic fluid.

To massage the eye area, place the stone next to the bridge of the nose and move outward in a straight line under the eyes. The own weight of the YÙ products is completely sufficient, additional pressure is not recommended. To enjoy all the benefits of lymphatic massage on the skin, perform the massage on clean, dry skin. As needed, in the morning and/or evening for 5-10 minutes each.
